Stampiary ("we," "our," or "us") is a geography and culture exploration app that lets users discover facts, take quizzes, and collect stamps for countries around the world. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Stampiary mobile application (the "App").
We designed Stampiary to work offline-first and to minimize the personal information we collect. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access or use the App.
Stampiary does not require account creation, login, or sign-up. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information directly through app functionality.

We use Firebase Storage to host and deliver country content, and Firebase App Check to verify app authenticity and prevent abuse. Firebase may process technical data such as IP address and device identifiers as part of these services.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and general usage data to serve ads. Depending on your selected mode (see "Children's Privacy" below), AdMob will serve either standard or non-personalized advertising.

Stampiary offers a Kid Mode designed for younger users, alongside a General Mode for older users and adults. We take children's privacy seriously and have designed the App to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy requirements:

The Daily Flight feature is always ad-free. We limit how frequently interstitial ads can appear to avoid excessive interruption.
We rely on industry-standard security practices provided by our third-party service providers (Google Firebase, Google AdMob) to protect data in transit. Since most user data remains locally on your device, your device's own security settings (passcode, encryption) are an important part of protecting your information.
Locally stored progress data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data through your device settings. We do not maintain a server-side copy of your personal progress, notes, or usage history.
If you are using Stampiary from outside the country where our services are hosted, please be aware that information handled by our third-party service providers (Firebase, AdMob) may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where their servers are located.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
